The elevator bellcrank consists of 2 halves with a 3/4" tube welded in the middle and separating the halves by about 7/16".
The two halves were made using the template method to copy the full size
drawing in the plans. A left and right one with the flanges pointing in opposite
directions are needed.
The 3/4" tube in the bellcrank slips over a 5/8" tube and pivots. The
5/8" tube is welded to the fuselage on a couple of standoff tubes of the
same diameter.

fuselage:
