The holes at each end of the Aileron/Flap Support Frame Ends were drilled. To make them all the same, first one of each size was measured and drilled as per the plans. It was then used as the template to set up the tooling for drilling the remaining ends.

As previously discussed, the weld does not go all of the way back to the inside corners but about 2/3rds of the way. Once complete, the support frame will be removed from the jig and the end of the tube will be welded through the 3/4" hole that was drilled previously. Now its time to build the Flap Drive Support Frames . . .
