Aileron Pulley at Fuselage

There is a pulley on each side of the fuselage just forward of the front landing gear mounts.  This pulley will redirect the aileron cable from the control stick assembly to inside of the wing strut.  The angle of this pulley is critical in that it must line up with the control stick attachment while at the same time guiding the cable inside the strut.

Here is the pilot's side aileron pulley from above, with the cable running through it showing the proper alignment with the control stick:

Here is the same pulley from the outside showing the alignment with the wing strut attachment:

The cable should end up about 1/8" to 1/4" above the centerline of the strut attachment on the fuselage.  This causes the aileron bracket to tilt slightly outward from the fuselage as shown above.
